zp888 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zp888 website accessible at zp888.ws, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated applications operated by zp888.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zp888 Platform in any capacity, whether or not a real-money account has been opened.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the zp888 Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their zp888 Account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account by zp888 that are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot games, slot machines, fish hunter games, and any other gaming products accessible via the Platform.
• "Sports Betting" means wagering on the outcome of sporting events, including but not limited to cricket (PSL, Tests, ODIs, T20Is), football, and other markets made available by zp888.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by zp888 as required by applicable compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the Platform.

To be eligible to open and operate a zp888 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering and using the Platform in your own name and on your own behalf;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
• You have not previously had an Account on zp888 that was suspended, restricted, or closed for any reason;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of zp888 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

zp888 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

Each Player may hold one (1) Account only on the zp888 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or accessed from shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. zp888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify zp888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team at the email address provided in the footer of this page. zp888 may suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

zp888 may at any time require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals, crediting bonuses, or continuing to allow access to the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.

You acknowledge that zp888 records all Account activity, including login history, game results, wager history, deposit and withdrawal records, and communications. These records constitute the definitive record of all transactions and supersede any Player-held records in the event of a dispute.

zp888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your zp888 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. zp888 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment sources and may suspend the associated Account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the Platform's wallet section.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible;
• Any active Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawal amount;
• zp888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times;
• Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's help section; zp888 does not guarantee processing within a specific timeframe but will make reasonable commercial efforts to process withdrawals promptly.

zp888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which zp888 bears no responsibility.

zp888 may offer various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency.

General bonus conditions applicable to all zp888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or derived winnings become withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated in the promotion terms at the time of opt-in;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• zp888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's Account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, or breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements;
• Players who have self-excluded or placed deposit limits on their Account are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the restriction period.

zp888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not available to Players who have been identified as exhibiting problem gambling behaviour.

All bets placed and games played on the zp888 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform interface. By placing a bet or commencing a game round, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

Casino Games: All casino games on zp888 utilise certified random number generation (RNG) software audited for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles within the Platform. Results of completed game rounds are final and cannot be reversed except in the event of a verified technical malfunction.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is, are subject to the sportsbook rules displayed within the betting interface. zp888 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded;
• The odds displayed were the result of a manifest error or pricing fault;
• There is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or the use of inside information in relation to the wagered event;
• The Player violated any applicable betting rule at the time of placement.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sports bet, zp888 will investigate using server-side records and may void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion. zp888's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zp888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors to generate unfair profit, regardless of whether the exploit was intentional;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zp888 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing a minor (a person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.

zp888 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible through the Account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six months;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of twelve months and may be made permanent upon request.

zp888 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving Platform services. zp888 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies) strictly as required to operate the Platform or fulfil legal obligations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of zp888.

Any unauthorised use of zp888's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zp888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of the cause;
• Any damage resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in Platform operation due to causes beyond zp888's reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, or force majeure events.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zp888 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. zp888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

zp888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Any actual or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Any regulatory or legal requirement compelling zp888 to do so.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Balance in your Account will be forfeited. Your Real Money Balance, after deduction of any amounts owing to zp888, will be returned to you via the original deposit method following the completion of any outstanding investigation and KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting zp888 support. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation or liability accrued prior to the date of closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zp888 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and zp888 arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through zp888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at the email address provided on this Platform.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory or licensing authority. Formal legal proceedings may only be initiated after exhaustion of the internal and regulatory escalation processes described above.

zp888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zp888 will provide notice to registered Players through the Platform interface, registered email address, or by posting an updated version of the Terms & Conditions with a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the zp888 Platform following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting zp888 support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. zp888 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.
